Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size immediately.
